Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Onvo ("the Service"), operated by an individual entrepreneur registered in Tbilisi, Georgia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Onvo provides a managed platform for deploying and managing autonomous AI agent profiles. Each agent profile runs in an isolated Docker container on our infrastructure. You provide your own LLM API keys (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI) and are responsible for all usage costs from those providers.

3. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited messages through agents.
• Deploy agents that attempt to deceive, harass, or harm others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of other users' agents or our infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or containers.
• Mine cryptocurrency or run computationally abusive workloads.
• Store or transmit material that infringes intellectual property rights.

5. API Keys and Third-Party Services

You provide your own API keys for LLM providers. Onvo encrypts your keys at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption and only decrypts them at container runtime. You are solely responsible for your API key usage, costs, and compliance with the terms of your LLM provider.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Containers may be restarted, migrated, or stopped for maintenance. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance when possible. Free tier containers may be stopped after extended periods of inactivity.

7. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create through the Service, including agent configurations, workspace files, and conversation logs. Onvo does not access your agent data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

8. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are listed in USD. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Free tier usage is subject to fair use limits.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onvo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your containers will be stopped and your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then through the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, unless otherwise required by your local consumer protection laws.
